We live locally and always thoroughly clean the caravan and perform any necessary maintenance before it is re-let.  Carpets and upholstery are vaxed in between lettings if needed.     We can be contacted and onsite within ½ hr if needed and contact details for emergencies and maintenance onsite are left in the caravan.
