This beautifully renovated Chalet for sale at Clarach Bay Holiday Village Aberystwyth Mid Wales is a holiday residence and can be occupied between March and November and at weekends through the winter months. Please note, the chalet is not residential

Your Chalet is set in a prime position on a beautifully maintained family run park and Clarach Bay Holiday Village site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, clubhouse with 3 bars, mini supermarket, fish and chip shop, restaurant and amusement arcade. All of the facilities apart from the swimming pool and tennis courts are situated right next to the beach.

The park is about a 5 minute drive to the local coastal town of Aberystwyth. There is a bus service that runs into the town every hour in the main summer months.

The season runs from mid March through to mid November.

The Chalet can be occupied by the owners during the winter months but only at weekends.
It can also be hired out during the season. A lot owners do this to help towards the site fees or some as a business.

You would be purchasing the chalet itself, not the land. Ground rent is paid every year for keeping the chalet on the land.

As seen on the photographs, there is wooden decking around the front and one side. There is also room to park 2 cars on the grass, or it can be used as a garden. The Chalet consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It has gas central heating with radiators in every room. All windows are double glazed.

It is fully furnished, the lounge has a sofa, bookcase

coffee table, TV etc.

All of the windows are dressed with either curtains or blinds. The living room has just been fitted with brand new carpet. Throughout the rest of the chalet is laminate flooring.

In the kitchen there is a gas cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, bread bin and table with 2 chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed, tall shelf unit, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

When I purchased the chalet it had 2 small bedrooms, as I didn't need 2 bedrooms I made an opening in the wall to make it into 1 big bedroom.

The shower room consists of a good sized shower,

a sink and a toilet.
