 Your deposit not refundable if you cancel your booking or fail to pay the balance on the due date

This deposit is refundable and will be returned within one week of your departure provided that the caravan is left in the same condition as you found it. 

 

Please note money will be deducted from your deposit to pay for any bedding, duvets, pillowcases or any other items which are missing or damaged.

Please use sheets to protect the bedding or a a £25 cleaning  charge to pay for washing duvets etc will be deducted from your deposit.

The caravan is cleaned after your stay but if excessive cleaning is required a £25 cleaning charge will be deducted from your deposit

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BALANCE  SHOULD PAID IN FULL 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE

 

PAYMENT METHODS –  POSTAL ORDER, CHEQUE, credit or debit card

KEYS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED

 

YOUR CHALET WILL BE READY AT 2PM ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL

PLEASE VACATE THE CARAVAN AT 10AM ON THE MORNING OF YOUR DEPARTURE

SORRY NO DOGS ALLOWED IN OUR CARAVAN

 

IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNACCEPTABLE OR UNSOCIABLE BEHAVIOUR,   THE SITE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND - NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. 

 

WELCOME PACK

 

 

A tray of Coffee, tea, sugar and milk will be left in the caravan so that you can have a cup of tea

and relax before unpacking.

 

Also provided are soft drinks & ice pops for the children.
